Reservation Policy - Only fully vaccinated reservations

Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

  • We do not take pets.

  • All rates are per night based on double occupancy and do not include 8.5% New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax. Each additional person (and/or bed) will be $30 each per night.

  • A two night minimum is required on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) from May 15 - October 31 and all holiday periods. FOR THE YEAR 2022 all 250th Celebration Events will be considered a two night minimum.

  • A credit card has to be be on file to secure a reservation and a 50% NON refundable deposit will be taken at the time of reservation. Full Payment is due if reservation is less than a month away. Call us with your deposit reservation is secure until we have payment information.  

  • Checks, and all major credit cards will be accepted.

  • Should there be any damage to your room there will be an additional charge.

  • Check In time is between 3 and 6 p.m. If needed, earlier or later arrivals, just call and let us know when to expect you. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

  • Please ask about our corporate rates, off season rates, Respite Retreat rates and special Bereavement rates.

Cancellation Policy

  • All 50% deposits are NON refundable. (May be applied to a change of date in the future.)

  • If you have to cancel 48 hours or less before your scheduled arrival date you will be charged in full.

  • If you have to cancel your stay and a 50% NON refundable deposit was not taken when you booked you will be charged 50% of your stay.
